Returns
Policy.
Each piece we sell is a considered antique or a piece made to order. For that reason, sales are final. Where the fault is ours, we will always make it right.
All sales are final.
Because every item we sell is either a one of a kind antique or a piece made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. We describe each piece honestly, photograph it in detail, and disclose all known condition notes so that you can buy with complete confidence.
The only exceptions are circumstances where the fault lies with us. These are set out below.
If something is not right.
If the wrong item has been sent, if a piece is materially different from how it was described, or if an item arrives damaged in transit, we will put it right in full. You are entitled to a replacement or a complete refund in these cases.
If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it, then photograph the piece in the condition received before moving it. Send these images to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
Cancelling an order.
You may cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 48 hours, a cancellation will be accepted with a refund of 70 percent of the order value, as preparation and packing of your piece will already have begun. Full details are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
