Exchanges.

We stand behind every piece we sell. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Our Position

Returns, plainly stated.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery, for any reason. The piece must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging materials where possible. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is the result of a significant undisclosed defect or error on our part.

We describe our pieces honestly and photograph them thoroughly. We disclose all known condition issues. If a piece arrives in a condition materially different from its description, we consider that our responsibility entirely.

Transit Damage

If your piece arrives damaged.

If your piece arrives with transit damage, please do the following: photograph the outer packaging before opening, then photograph the piece in the condition received before moving it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with these photographs. Do not return the damaged piece without speaking to us first — the original packaging and the piece itself are required for the insurance claim.

We will initiate the insurance claim and manage it in full. Depending on the nature of the damage, we will either arrange repair by a specialist conservator, offer a partial credit, or issue a full refund — our choice of resolution is always made in your favour.

Process

How to raise a return.

To initiate a return, write to us at enquiries@leens.in with your order reference and a brief description of your reason. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and provide return instructions including the preferred freight partner and packaging guidance.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of our receiving and inspecting the returned piece. For bank transfers, we will request your account details at that point.

Exchanges

Exchanging a piece.

If you would like to exchange a piece for another from our current catalogue, we are happy to facilitate this within the 14-day return window. Any price difference is settled at the time of exchange. Please contact us to discuss.

A note

We have been selling antiques since 1949. We do not expect you to keep a piece that is not right for your home. A conversation is always the fastest route to a resolution.
