Cancellation.
Our terms are simple and stated plainly below. If the fault is ours, we make it right in full.
Cancelling an order.
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it and receive a full refund of the amount paid. This gives you a clear window to reconsider before we begin preparing your piece for dispatch.
After 48 hours have passed, a cancellation request can still be accepted, but a refund of 70 percent of the order value will be issued. The remaining amount accounts for the preparation, handling, and packing work that will already have begun on your piece.
Full refunds for our errors.
Where the fault lies with us, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. This applies when the wrong item has been sent, when a piece is materially different from how it was described, or when an item arrives damaged in transit.
If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it, then photograph the piece in the condition received before moving it. Send these images to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the matter promptly, by repair, replacement, or full refund.
Processing your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 7 working days of the refund being confirmed. Where a refund is made against a bank transfer, we will request your account details at that time.
Please note that, other than the circumstances described above, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
